CCleaner Portable

CCleaner a utility for cleaning the debris in the operating system. In the course of their work CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) is looking for and removes unused files. These include: cookies, history, visiting sites in IE, temporary Internet files, search strings, files, Recycle Bin, etc. Also search for temporary files of third-party applications: Firefox, Opera, Media Player, eMule, Kazaa, Google Toolbar, Netscape, Office XP, Nero, Alcohol 120, Adobe Acrobat, WinRAR, WinAce, WinZip, GetRight, Morpheus, Download Accelerator Plus, VirtualDub , ZoneAlarm and many others. Can be subjected to cleaning and registry Windows, ridding it of its unnecessary extensions of the old library dll and wrong ways, which accumulate in considerable quantities, especially after the installation and removal of a variety of programs.

Tata Laksana Kandang Tertutup System Tunnel

Prinsip : Membuat suasana di dalam kandang optimal untuk pertumbuhan ayam dengan jalan mengalirkan Udara melalui lubang INLET.

Berdasarkan hal tersebut, beberapa hal perlu diperhatikan:

1. Penutup/Tirai kandang.
2. Inlet (lubang tempat udara masuk).
3. Exhaust Fan.
4. Pencahayaan.

1. Penutup Kandang/Tirai Kandang.

• Saat periode brooding, temperatur brooding mengacu pada Tabel Suhu dan kelembaban, bila terlalu panas,  penutup kandang bisa dibuka sebagian dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi setempat. 
• Bila aliran listrik padam, penutup / tirai kandang segera diturunkan / dibuka. 
• Selesai panen harus segera dicuci dengan desinfektan. 
• Pastikan saat menutup rapat tidak ada kebocoran. 
• Selesai panen, kerekan (wind change) ditambah grease/gemuk, tali penggantung tirai disetel kekencangannya.
• Jika ada pembuka tirai otomatis (curtain drop) dipastikan berfungsi dengan baik, tirai terbuka secara otomatis jika aliran listrik ke kandang mati lebih dari 3 menit. 
• Layar sebaiknya diberi warna putih +/- 30 cm sepanjang layar kandang untuk menghemat konsumsi listrik disiang hari. 

2. Inlet

• Areal inlet bebas dari tumpukan sekam, rumput dan barang-barang lainnya. 
• Perhatikan besarnya lubang inlet (tinggi rendahnya tirai penyetel inlet)
• Hindarkan kegiatan yang dapat mencemari udara dalam kandang seperti membakar/menumpuk sampah dekat inlet, menanam tanaman yang mengganggu aliran udara dll.

3. Exhaust Fan

• Exhaust Fan yang dijalankan secara bertahap sesuai dengan kondisi setempat, aliran udara tidak melebihi 2.54 m/detik. 
• Secara bertahap sesuai dengan umur ayam dan atau suhu dalam kandang, dijalankan dengan penambahan satu persatu. 
• Setelah umur 21 hari, bila temperatur didalam lebih dari 30 derajat celcius, semua exhaust fan dijalankan dengan catatan tidak lebih dari 2.54m/detik aliran udaranya. 
• Secara periodik dibersihkan terutama debu. 
• Setelah panen perlu dilakukan checking ulang meliputi: bearing, fan belt, motor listrik, penutup kipas (shutter), panel listrik, curtain drop, dan alarm. 
• Dilakukan pengecekan secara berkala terutama malam hari dan pada saat istirahat siang hari. 

4. Pencahayaan 

• Diberikan cahaya saat DOC sampai 3 hari (selama 24 jam) disesuaikan dengan kondisi setempat.
• Bila berat badan dibawah standar malam hari bisa ditambah penerangan, supaya panjang hari > 12 jam dan perlu situasi gelap 1/2 atau 1 jam untuk antisipasi jika ada listrik padam. 

Kemitraan Broiler, Hal-hal yang dapat mengurangi keuntungan

Jumlah Ayam yang dipelihara per satuan luas

Adanya batas secara ekonomis, dimana pada jumlah tertentu per satuan luas, broiler akan memberikan produksi yang mengungkan. Terlalu sedikit broiler yang di pelihara akan merugikan, jika ditinjau dari ruang yang dapat digunakan, sedangkan pemeliharaan yang terlalu banyak akan mengakibatkan lingkungan yang kurang nyaman. 

Terbuangnya Pakan, Karena:

• Coccy, laksanakan pemeriksaan yang memadai terhadap adanya coccy selama pemeriharaan, bila perlu berikan obat coccy. 
• Tempat pakan/minum, peralatan yang rusak segera diperbaiki dan selalu sesuaikan ketinggian dengan pertumbuhan broiler. 
• Cara pemberian pakan diusahakan tidak tercecer/tumpah. 

Kontrol Suhu Udara

Suhu udara yang rendah pada masa Brooding akan mengakibatkan berat saat panen lebih rendah. Suhu udara yang dingin, menyebabkan ayam mengkonsumsi pakan secara berlebihan untuk mempertahankan suhu tubuh. Suhu tinggi akan menurunkan konsumsi pakan dan kecepatan pertumbuhan.

Ventilasi Buruk 

Kondisi littler basah dan pergantian udara yang kurang akan meningkatkan resiko penyakit pernafasan.

Ayam Mati

Merupakan sumber penyakit dan harus segera dikeluarkan, serta dikubur/ dibakar jauh dari lokasi kandang, pengambilan ayam mati dilakukan minimal 2 kali sehari dan dilakukan sesering mungkin, jika ada kasus penyakit.

Timbulnya Penyakit

Dapat dicegah dengan pembersihan/sanitasi dan program desinfeksi kandang, serta vaksinasi sesuai yang telah ditentukan. 

Pengeluaran Ayam-ayam yang jelek

Ayam yang menunjukkan tanda-tanda sakit, kerdil dan hal negatif, merupakan sumber penyakit yang dapat menulari kelompok yang sehat, untuk itu perlu diperiksa secara rutin oleh yang berkompeten dan jika perlu dikeluarkan dari kandang untuk dimusnahkan. 

Pengawasan yang kurang saat panen

Melakukan pengawasan  saat pelaksanaan panen untuk mencegah kerugian karena pencurian atau tata cara pemanenan yang sembrono.

Penurunan Kualitas

Penurunan kualitas dapat dicegah dengan tatalaksana yang benar selama pemelihaaan dan penanganan saat panen, sehingga kerugian dapat dihindarkan.

Percobaan yang tidak perlu

Hati-hati dengan jumlah percobaan yang dilakukan pada saat yang bersamaan. Bila melakukan percobaan harus sepengetahuan kepala wilayah.

Vaksinasi Pada Broiler

1. Vaksin disimpan dalam lemari es suhu 2 - 8 derajat celcius (bukan freezer) dan terhindar dari sinar matahari atau panas, serta vaksin digunakan sebelum masa kadarluarsa. 
2. Pencampuran vaksin, sebaiknya dilakukan ditempat teduh dengan dosis pengenceran yang sesuai, lalu vaksinasi seluruh ayam dalam kandang yang sama dalam 1 hari dan vaksin dilakukan jika kondisi ayam sehat, cegah larutan vaksin tercecer, terutama vaksin aktif (live vaccine). 
3. Berikan vitamin anti stress, setelah divaksinasi dan botol vaksin harus dibakar atau dicelupkan/direndam dalam larutan desinfektan. 
4. Jenis Vaksin: 

• Vaksinasi melalui suntikan dibawah kulit (sub cutan) leher untuk vaksin inaktif. 
• Vaksinasi melalui tetes mata untuk vaksin aktif.
• Vaksinasi melalui spray untuk vaksin aktif. 
• Vaksinasi melalui air minum untuk vaksin aktif. 

Vaksinasi dilakukan saat suhu udara dingin. 

Sebelum vaksinasi ayam dipuasakan 1-2 jam, lalu hitung air minum dengan perkiraan habis 1-2 jam. 

Jangan menggunakan air yang mengandung desinfektan/chlorin dan tambahkan susu skim 2gr/liter, pastikan larutan vaksin tercampur rata. 

Usahakan semua ayam minum larutan vaksin dengan cara menggiring ketempat minum. 

Pemeliharaan Broiler Tahap Persiapan Kandang

Istirahat Kandang

Pembersihan peralatan kandang:

1. Setelah ayam dipanen, tempat pakan dan minum dibersihkan diluar kandang dengan detergent, lalu dibilas. Kemudian direndam dalam larutan desinfektan dan dikeringkan. 
2. Tower, pipa dan selang air dibersihkan dengan cara mengisi Tower, pipa dan selang dengan larutan Asam Sitrat 300 gr / 1000 liter air, atau bahan lain yang bersifat asam dan didiamkan selama 12 jam, lalu dibilas. Hal ini bertujuan melepas kerak didalam pipa supaya bersih. Untuk Tower digosok bagian dalamnya sebelum di Glontor/Flashing.
3. Tirai dinding dibersihkan dan didesinfeksi dengan desinfektan yang mengandung detergent.

Pembersihan Kandang:

1. Setelah kandang kosong dipanen, kotoran dan sarang laba-laba disapu dan jangan dibuang disekitar/dekat kandang.
2. Slat/lantai dan dinding kandang dibersihkan dengan air dan disikat, jika perlu ditambah detergent. 

Setelah kandang bersih:

• Pemasangan dan penutupan layar kandang. 
• Lantai dan dinding kandang disiram dengan larutan "gamping" (kapur).

• Kandang Postal	1 kg kapur untuk 10 m2 lantai
  Kandang Panggung	1 kg kapur untuk 15 m2 lantai

  Peralatan yang sudah bersih dimasukkan kedalam kandang. 
• Dilakukan desinfeksi terakhir  dengan formalin 2 % kemudian diistirahatkan minimal 14 hari.
  

Persiapan Kandang

Penaburan Sekam secara merata dilantai kandang dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut: 

• Sekam harus benar-benar kering.
• Sekam yang basah harus dikeluarkan. 
• Penaburan sekam berdasarkan jenis kandang: 

• Kandang Postal	Seluruh permukaan lantai kandang	tebal max 2 cm
  Kandang Panggung	1/2 sd 2/3 lantai/slat kandang	tebal max 2 cm

  (definisi kering > jika ditabur sekam bertaburan)
• 2 hari sebelum DOC datang : tempat pakan & minum, chick guard dan pemanas sudah harus dipasang kemudian didesinfeksi (spray) dengan formalin 2%. 
• Alternatif bahan untuk Litter air. Serutan kayu, jerami dan kulit kacang.
